The Brave Bunny

In a quiet meadow full of tall grass and tiny flowers lived a little brown bunny named Bella.

Bella was small, soft, and very sweet - but she was not very brave.

She loved hopping around the meadow, nibbling clover, and playing hide-and-seek with the butterflies.

But whenever she heard a strange noise, she would jump and hide behind a bush.

One sunny morning, Bella heard a tiny squeak. She looked around, behind a rock, under a leaf and

finally found a baby mouse stuck in a patch of prickly thorns.

The mouse looked up at her with big, worried eyes. "Please... can you help me?" he squeaked.

Bella's heart thumped.

The thorns looked sharp.

She felt a little scared.

But then she took a deep breath and said softly, "I'll try."

She wriggled closer and carefully pushed the thorns aside with her paws, then gently helped the baby mouse

wiggle free. Bella blinked. Brave? Her? She felt warm and proud inside.

From that day on, whenever Bella felt scared, she remembered the tiny mouse and whispered to herself...

"I can be brave, even if I'm small." And every hop she took after that felt just a little bit braver.
